About FlexStart 02

FlexStart 02 is the second manufacturing, warehousing and administrative building from the FlexStart family developed by Klaipėda FEZ. It can be adapted to individual client needs within 1–2 months.

The FlexStart initiative was launched by Klaipėda FEZ management company in 2017. At the time, it received the world’s only award from Financial Times’ FDI Intelligence division for quick launch. Following the strong success of the first FlexStart building, Klaipėda FEZ developed the second project of this building family in 2021–2022.
