With the success of the first two FlexStart family buildings, Klaipėda FEZ began construction of FlexStart 03 in 2024. This six-segment manufacturing, warehousing and administrative building can be adapted to tenant needs in a matter of a few months, while offering all the benefits of Klaipėda FEZ – modern infrastructure, investor status, a business community of hundreds of companies and thousands of colleagues, and more.

The new FlexStart stands out from its predecessors with higher-quality, more urban architecture and the latest engineering and landscaping solutions. The design prepared by the architecture studio WALL includes greener spaces, more natural daylight, recreational areas, smart heating and cooling systems, and secondary use of heat generated in production processes.

Premises in this building can be adapted to individual client needs in just 1–2 months. The FlexStart initiative, launched in 2017, received the world’s only award from Financial Times’ FDI Intelligence division for quick investor launch.
